By creating an account or using any part of the Helpway platform — including the web dashboard, mobile application, embeddable widget, or API — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

Helpway is an AI-powered customer support platform that provides: • An embeddable support widget for websites and applications • AI-assisted conversation handling and response generation • A management dashboard for support teams • A mobile application for managing support on the go • Multilingual support powered by machine translation • Knowledge base and automated response capabilities We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you become aware of any unauthorized use, you must notify us immediately. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Helpway to: • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or deceptive content • Harass, threaten, or harm other users • Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems • Reverse-engineer or decompile any part of the service • Use automated systems to overwhelm or abuse the service • Impersonate any person or entity We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Intellectual Property
The Helpway platform, including its design, code, AI models, documentation, and branding, is owned by Helpway and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all content you submit through the platform, including conversation data, knowledge base articles, and custom configurations. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process this content solely to provide and improve the service. AI-generated responses are provided as suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any content before it reaches your end users.
6. Data & Privacy
Your use of the service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using Helpway, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Helpway complies with applicable data protection laws in your jurisdiction, including obtaining necessary consents from your end users.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Helpway shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claims arising from the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. AI-generated content is provided without warranty of accuracy. Helpway is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated responses.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the service, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. AI responses may contain inaccuracies and should be reviewed before use.
9. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay applicable fees. We will provide reasonable notice when possible. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for a reasonable period to allow you to export it, after which it will be deleted.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or the service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
