Why we ground every reply on your docs
Most AI support tools hallucinate because they ask the model a question and send back whatever comes out. Helpway doesn't.
Every visitor message triggers a retrieval pass against your knowledge base first. If the retrieved chunks don't confidently cover the question, the AI is instructed to say so and escalate — not paper over the gap.
This is the grounding rule the whole product is built around:
Replies are cited or the AI escalates. Never both blank and wrong.
In the last 30 days across all Helpway workspaces, 96% of AI replies included a citation. The remaining 4% were explicit escalations. Zero replies without either.
