Helpway reads your English docs and replies in whatever language the visitor is writing in. Auto-detect happens at the first message, grounded citations still point back to the English source, and the visitor never sees an English token.

This works because modern frontier LLMs are already multilingual. The job of the support layer is to get out of their way, not to re-invent translation as a separate product.
